There is an easy remedy recipe regarding this health issue and the main component of it is apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is full of minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and fiber which will enhance your body immune system and improve your complete well-being.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup of unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup of clean drinking water
- 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey
- 1 squeezed lemon
How to prepare it:
First boil the water,and then put it into a cup. Pour the apple cider vinegar into the cup and stir, after that leave it to cool at a room temperature level. When the solution is cooled, add the honey and the cayenne pepper and stir it. At the end put the lemon juice in it and stir it once again.
This solution is consumed before breakfast and late at night just before going to bed. Continue to drink it until the infection is stopped.
NOTE: The honey must be put in a cooled solution so that honey’s nutrients are maintained.
